On May 30th this year the CEO was appointed for the management company for Rail Garant: Ilya Dudinskiy. He had previously held the position of Deputy General Director for Commerce and Production at the "Second Cargo Company."

The main objective of the new head of the Group will be to further develop and strengthen its leading position in the Russian Rail market for operators of rolling stock.

Biographical notes:

Ilya Dudinskiy was born June 6, 1978 in the city of Cherepovets, in the Vologda region.

In 1999 he graduated from the Moscow State Technological University Tsiolkovsky

He has been in the transport market since 2001. At various times he held executive positions in companies such as JSC "MMK-Trans" Inc, "New Forwarding Company" and JSC "Second Cargo Company."
