In October of the current year MC “RAIL GARANT FINANCE” completed restructuring of the management system of Rail Garant Group directed to increase of the Holding operation efficiency.

As a result the powers of the sole executive body of a few business units, constituting the RG structure - "PTC” LLC, “STG” LLC, “TRANS-SINERGIA” LLC, were passed to the Managing Company.

“Such organization structure will ensure more efficient management of the Group, reduction of operational expenses, increase of flexibility and investment attractiveness of the business,” - states Roman Kotenko, the General Director of the Managing Company, - As is evidenced by the practice and experience of the major Russian holding companies, this management model is quite efficient.”
