Beginning of cooperation

For Rail Garant Group (RG), the year 2010 became a year of unification of fixed assets and dynamical development. We set ourselves a complicated task: to hold one of the leading positions in the rolling stock operators’ market as soon as possible.

The first experience of cooperation between Promsvyazbank and Rail Garant Group was the financing of Pipe Transport Company (PTC) that is included into the Group’s structure.

In autumn 2010, PTC obtained more than 1 billion rubles under two long-term agreements with the bank.

Funds obtained were directed at the purchase of new freight cars. As the result of the financing, the boxcar fleet of Rail Garant Group increased by 350 units and reached 2,000 cars.

The further development of relationship did not take long to appear. Already in this year, the credit line amounting to 85 million rubles for 3 years was opened in Promsvyazbank for another Group’s company, Parallel JSC. These funds are also planned to be used for the future development of the boxcar fleet.

Our choice was not wrong

Since the beginning of our cooperation we convince everyday that we have made the right choice. The point is not only the professionalism and huge efficiency of employees, not only high quality services and stability of the bank, but also the desire and skill to understand the needs of a customer, to find ideal solutions. Combined with operability and responsibility, this yields astonishing results.

Moreover it is pleasant that during our cooperation, we have obtained not only business partners, but just good human relationship. We with great pleasure work and continue to cooperate with Ruslan Yekshembiev, the manager for credit product sales development, Denis Kirillovykh, the deputy manager for credit product sales development, Anna Buynitskaya, the deputy manager of Client Service Department. We thank them for their optimism, ability to work, attention and comprehension.

In the future with optimism

Today, Rail Garant Group is a successful holding with operational fleet numbered over 20,000 cars, one of the leaders of the Russian rolling stock operators’ market. But we do not rest on our laurels and we already now develop a number of interesting projects that, as we hope, will be implemented particularly due to the cooperation with Promsvyazbank.

It is always easy to cooperate with professionals, and to cooperate with good people is always pleasant. And to work with those who combine these features is profitable. Promsvyazbank possesses all these features.
