In summer 2011 Pipe Transport Company (Rail Garant Group) opened an industrial representative office in the city of Khabarovsk.
The new subdivision was established in order to provide efficient technical maintenance of railcars running along the Far East Railroad. The main objectives of the newly-established subdivision include organization and control of scheduled and routine repairs quality.

The above-mentioned representative office is the first one of the kind. Its scheduled monthly capacity amounts to 50 railcars.

According to the Chief Technical Officer of PTC Alexander Pyrkov “establishment of the representative office will ensure the uninterrupted operation of the car fleet of the Company and maintenance of its operational condition”.

In addition to the technical subdivision, 7 more branches and representative offices of “Pipe Transport Company” operate in Russia: in Chelyabinsk, St. Petersburg, Vladivostok, Volzhskoye, Vyksa, Novosibirsk and Sosnogorsk.
