Following the negotiations at 2011 Trans Russia exhibition, the company has agreed upon, and signed the contract on purchasing additional 180 gas tank-containers in the second half year.

Upon performance of the current and new contracts for supplying new gas tank containers, the operating fleet of Spectransgarant will hit 1300 level. Such fleet growth results from the increase in liquefied gas shipment volumes under the current projects.

Today, Spectransgarant which is part of Rail Garant Group is still the largest owner of gas tank-containers in Russia and CIS.

STG operates about 1000 gas and 700 chemical tank-containers. Tank containers meet the existing requirements to the transportation of liquid chemical products and gases. The fleet is certified by international classification societies.
