According to the Company’s strategics, Spectransgarant has opened another two detached units in Perm and Togliatti since the beginning of this year. The plants have already started their activities. Their main task is the operative resolving of issues related to the handling of goods to be hauled, transportation, and prompt and quality maintenance of tank containers in Siberian and Privolzhsky Federal Districts.

Taking into consideration the units that were opened anew the Company has 7 detached units with their headquarters in Moscow at the moment; each of the units supervises commercial and technical issues in various areas of Russia: in Ural (Nizhny Tagil), in Western and Eastern Siberia (Irkutsk, Nyagan, Perm), in Volga Region (Togliatti), and in Central Region (Nizhny Nov-gorod and Stary Oskol).

In the judgment of the STG’s management, the opening of new plants is an important stage in the Company’s development determined in the first place by the need for the operative solution of all issues arisen and creation of the maximal service level for customers on sites.
